How AI Shifts Design Decisions

Even when you try to make a language model behave predictably, the infrastructure running it can introduce variation. Now imagine building a product on top of that model. One that creates freight bookings, updates customer records, or moves medical documents between systems. The problem isn’t that AI can produce different answers. That’s often exactly why we’re using it. The problem starts when those answers turn into actions, and nobody has decided which parts of the process are allowed to be unpredictable. -Michał Krztoń
