It's Not the Job Titles

A business analyst who leans heavily on AI tools all day is still just called a business analyst. An engineer whose work increasingly demands machine learning fluency is still, on paper, an engineer. The real change isn't happening in the title. It's happening in what an employer now silently expects that person to already know when they walk through the door. -The Week
